Your order arrives within your selected window — or we credit you.
If a delivery misses the confirmed window by more than 15 minutes due to the caterer or courier, we issue a credit of up to 20% of food subtotal. Severe delays or non-delivery are eligible for a full refund. Traffic, access restrictions, or force majeure may limit remedies; we’ll still assist with immediate resolution.

Vendors maintain valid permits and follow HACCP-aligned prep/holding standards. If any item arrives compromised, document within 2 hours (photos + order ID) for replacement or refund. We surface allergen info and handling notes on the order page.
