Your order arrives within your selected window — or we credit you.
If a delivery misses the confirmed window by more than 15 minutes due to the caterer or courier, we issue a credit of up to 20% of food subtotal. Severe delays or non-delivery are eligible for a full refund. Traffic, access restrictions, or force majeure may limit remedies; we’ll still assist with immediate resolution.

Vendors maintain valid permits and follow HACCP-aligned prep/holding standards. If any item arrives compromised, document within 2 hours (photos + order ID) for replacement or refund. We surface allergen info and handling notes on the order page.
What you approve is what arrives — substitutions only with your consent.
Missing, incorrect, or unapproved substitutes qualify for partial refunds or replacement. Report within 12 hours of delivery. If an item is unavailable pre-event, we’ll propose alternatives and require explicit approval in-app.

All transactions route via vetted processors with tokenized cards; we never store raw PAN data. Invoices and VAT details are available immediately after authorization. Refunds post to the original payment method.
